Full Ownership Rights: Upon purchasing an NFT from NFTY FLAKES, you gain full and exclusive ownership of the NFT. This ownership confers the right to use, display, sell, trade, or otherwise dispose of the NFT at your discretion.
Broad Usage License: As the owner of an NFT from our collection, you are granted a broad, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased NFT for personal, commercial, or any other purposes. This license is perpetual and remains in effect as long as you retain ownership of the NFT.
Except for the rights explicitly granted to you as the NFT owner, all intellectual property rights in and to the NFT content, including but not limited to digital artwork, designs, and trademarks, are owned by NFTY FLAKES or their respective copyright owners. The purchase of an NFT does not transfer these intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited usage rights granted herein.
The rights granted to you under these Terms, including the license to use the NFT, are transferable with the NFT. Upon the sale, gift, or any form of transfer of the NFT, these rights are passed on to the new owner, and you relinquish all claims to the NFT and associated rights.
NFTY FLAKES shall not be held liable for any actions taken by you or any third party in connection with the NFTs purchased from NFTY FLAKES. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale, trade, transfer, or use of the NFTs. You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your use of the NFTs and any consequences thereof.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time as we see fit. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
